Terrorist Certification by UPA

This is saffron terrorism that I have talked about. It is the same thing and nothing new. It has come in the media several times, reports have come during investigation that BJP and RSS conduct terror training camps to spread terrorism... Bombs were planted in Samjhauta express, Mecca Masjid and also a blast was carried out in Malegaon.

Mr.Shinde are you a home minister of this country or some kind of sycophant? Who is stopping you from catching these Terrorists and conspirators? If you have any proof ,come forward,you have all the agencies at your disposal,arrest RSS leaders/BJP Leaders and charge them with Terrorism? If you say Hindu Organizations are running Terrorist camps than what are you doing as HOME MINISTER? What you will get by provoking a community (Hindus)? take actions if you have proof, else stop blackmailing. a good political party should keep everybody happy by listening to them and accepting their true demands. Instead, your party has a history of unfulfilled commitments and fake promises to minorities. work on your definition of terrorism and tell us if it is, any how, related to ANY religion. Stop following the foreign morons who are igniting issues for their own benefits. Grow up and talk about NATIONAL interest which nobody is doing these days...

Anarchy Aadmi Party = AAP

Arvind Kejriwal - Those who haven't already recognized his real sides are being deliberately blind, thinking that he is the one and only Savior of the Indian Nation. Anna Hazare was the first one to see through him and that's why he broke ties with Kejriwal. It is to Anna's credit that at the time of doing so, he was silent about his feelings for Kejriwal. It is only now that Kejriwal is being exposed bit by bit, that Anna has also spoken up against him.
Kejriwal is only fooling people. His political ambitions are obvious and he's taking people for a ride!

The Failures–
  1. Agreeing to become CM of Delhi and then abandoning the people and leaving the state in a lurch.
  2. Increasing electricity tariff slabs to please the lower classes but hiking up the middle class house bills. In the process gifted Reliance and Anil AmbaniRs. 372 Crores of tax payers’ money as subsidy.
  3. Promising 700 liters of water to all citizens of Delhi and then backtracking during implementation by giving it only to certain segments but increasing water tariff for all.
  4. Law Minister Somnath Bharti taking the law in his own hands and behaving like a vigilante.
  5. Ill planned and executed Janata Durbar ended in chaos, as his Government failed to manage it and thousands of complaints of hopeful people remain unaddressed.
  6. Asking for two luxury flats as CM in the heart of the posh locality ofDelhi, then refusing to vacate on flimsy grounds.
  7. Instigating AAP supporters from Gujarat into attacking the BJP Central Office in Delhi.
  8. And last but not the least - abandoning Delhi with aspirations to become the Prime Minister.

Is this the real face of Arvind Kejriwal? Does he say something and do something else? Does he have a separate set of rules for self and others! Yes - on all counts!!

The one who could not stand more than 49 days as CM of Delhi is talking against everyone in politics who served for decades. People of Delhi gave him chance and he ruined it. He wasted first golden opportunity. Instead of becoming example for great politician he became example of drama queen who love to be in media.

Kejriwal has given just negative way of looking some-one's good work. It is very easy to find faults. Faults will happen if you work, faults will not happen if you do not work. Work cannot be compared by number of faults; work can be compared by comparing number of good things done and its sustainability and delivery. Entire world know that there are many good things Modi has delivered in Gujarat, which Kejriwal is seeing all these good work during his Gujarat tour but is not considering, because, Kejriwal is scared to consider all these good work done by Modi. If Modi or any other will start finding faults in Delhi which was governed by Kejriwal, then 365 days will be less to enlist it.

Mr. Kejriwal is trying to trivialize Modi’s contributions to Gujarat in attempt to dismantle his image. Gujarati voters are not fools to sit silent if Modi were to be walking around with tall claims without doing any work for them – that would evoke groundswell of protests if he did so. Also, if he did not deliver goods to Gujarat, why would the opposition Congress sit by and watch – why is that they haven’t spoken out about it? Gujarati Voters are not fools to be electing Mr. Modi again and again, not just once or twice but thrice, with no incumbency effects, with good sweeping majorities and no wimpy wins. Anytime there is a blatant misadministration in states these days, opposition takes full advantage and make sure the ruling party loses.

Given those political realities, Mr. Kejriwal has to realize that effective administration is about the policies in place that powers the governance. In Gujarat, there is no question that it is sound unlike what you did in Delhi. In order to judge any development, one has to have seen the conditions of a place before Modi took over or be familiar with situation during Congress regime. One can look at the historical data on it and come to conclusions. What Kejriwal is did was just a high wire drama to evoke public sentiments which is just downright ridiculous

The Bharat Nirman campaign had wasted several hundred crores in two months’ time and highlights the achievement of UPA in the last decade. All the government sponsored bulletins end with beatific images of Dr. Man Mohan Singh, Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi. Manish Tewari claims "India Shining was hype, hoopla and spin. Our campaign is different and tells the India's success story. Since Kejriwal is the Inspector of development, he should examine and unearth whether there was any real benefit for India as claimed by the "India Shining" and "Bharat Nirman" proclamations
  • Why AAP is not talking about mega scams of Congress 2G, 3G, Adarsh, CWG, Coalgate, Railgate, VVIP Chopper scam, Rolce Royce Engine scam?
  • Rahul gave MP ticket to Suresh Kalmadi and speaking of separating politics from Games, What is AAP's stand on that?
  • Rahul disapproved clean chit to Adarsh but appointed former Maharashtra CM as lead congress campaigner, what is Kejriwal’s stand on that?
  • Rahul tore ordinance to protect convicted Netas in public but went behind Lalu Prasad Yadav for alliance. Why is Kejriwal not talking about that?
  • Congress prepared a list of its chamchaas for LokPal chief posts and asked search committee to shortlist from that list, for which 2 search committee chairmen/former SC judges resigned. Why is Kejriwal silent on that?
  • Congress was talking about education for all by year 2000 during late 1990s, and according to recent survey it is expected to take 56 years from now to provide education for all at current pace of Congress. Why Kejriwal is silent on this?
  • AAP Giving tickets to corrupt like Yudhvir, Maoist, Naxal, Anti-Nuclear & Kashmiri separatist supporters, sympathizers. Why?
  • Why you are not talking about Terrorism, China border issues, issues of South India, the Jawans, who are killed by Pakistanis and beheaded our jawan, our navy officers being killed by congress?
  • You had started on agenda of Corruption free India, then why you are not targeting Mrs. Sonia, Rahul, Man Mohan Singh, Lalu Prasad Yadav, Mulayam Singh Yadav, Mayawati, and whole UPA/Congress?
  • Why did you take CONG support to form your government against whom you fought election?
  • No action against Somnath Bharti?
  • Why didn’t you take any action against Mrs. Sheila apart from just filing the suit? Today Mrs. Sheila Dixit taken oath as Governor of Kerala?
  • Why No dharana for Nido's death against Delhi police?
  • If Gujarat is not developed, why people of Gujarat elected Mr. Modi 3rd time? Why is he awarded 6 times best CM award? Why are you not questioning the authorities
  • After shouting against every one that they use helicopters to fly but you took private chartered flight that too funded by media group. You call every one pay media. Now aren’t you doing same?
  • What is the guarantee that either you will not support congress or take support from them?
  • Why Delhi CM being in power and responsibility as CM sat on Dharna??
    (Answer: To make drama/show and get publicity that Delhi CM understands feeling of public and to emotionally blackmail public).
  • Why Delhi CM proposed Lokpal Bill to be passed without review of other elected leaders of house?? (Answer:To get chance to give resignation and also to emotionally blackmail public to show that Delhi CM resigned because Lokpal bill was not allowed to pass by others)
  • Why Delhi CM ran away from the promises made before becoming Delhi CM?? (Answer: Because the promises were made to get vote which Delhi CM got.)
  • Can Kejriwal explain who sponsored his chartered flight to Gujarat?

If you say Modi is buying the Land in Low cost then you must understand land cost rises with development. Development means industrialization. So please stop making false statement.

Man Mohan's Heart Bleeds.......

Heart bleeds? Now Man Mohan Singh also started crying with sentiments...
Like Rahul Baba...Who said... my Grandma and Dad were killed...You should bleed when country is crying of so many issues... not when your own MP's protesting against your irresponsible and political actions...

  • Our hearts bleed when the PM of a great country like India is reduced to an imbecile and a puppet;
  • Our hearts bleed when an entire Cabinet and Government behave like meek sheep and chaprasis for an uneducated Italian waitress;
  • Our hearts bleed when thousands of crores of bribes and kickbacks have been siphoned by your corrupt administration and several ministers are known to the world of Foreign Institutional Investors as extremely corrupt;
  • Our hearts bleed when your Government has been doing nothing to revive a floundering economy and instead spend time and hundreds of crores of taxpayer money in raping people of their rights;
  • Our hearts bleed when we see you have nothing to show as an achievement after 10 years in power - you now have a leader with an "L" board who wants to take over our great country;
  • Our hearts bleed when we see countries like China, South Korea, Malaysia and Singapore, that were economically behind India 60 years ago, are now way ahead of India;
  • Our hearts bleed when PM was not able to control in any case - be it Coal gate, be it CWG, be it 2G;
  • Our hearts bleed when hundreds of Indian Army jawans are getting killed at border and you say nothing.
  • Our heart bleeds when great economist loses the credibility in the eyes of indian public who was once savior of Indian economic crisis.

The parliament has seen many un-precedent things / event during the term of UPA-2, many scams worth multi billions rupees, criminalization of the polity in the country, PM being a meek spectator for allowing the coal gate to happen under his very nose but calling it the compulsions of coalition dharma – inbrief, name any misdeed that the parliament may not have witnessed in the past 62 years have happened in these last five years. Then PMs own cabinet colleagues revolting willful provocative lip service at behest of his master leaves really no room to shame him any further and still he wouldn't resign and hang his boots unless booted out in the2014 elections. Most intelligently shameless PM who was even called a thief in the parliament by the opposition. What may follow next remains unpredictable?

Being emotional in such a scenario is one thing but being practical is another! The Prime Minister as well as the Ministers in his cabinet is also members of the House and as such they have every right to express their views on a hot issue such as the bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh. The best option for the government at this stage would be not to push for its decision to be approved by the Parliament in a hurry but rest it for the future government after the LokSabha polls to decide! Until then the warring parties will have time to reflect on the ground situation and if found fit conduct a referendum in the State as part of the Lok Sabha polls thereby placing the decision to divide or not in the hands of the people of the province! No State is without problems just as the whole country is since independence and bifurcation is no solution to them as doing so will only multiply the snags! All that apart, Andhra Pradesh being the first State to be formed, it should set an example for others by sticking together and finding solutions to their problems as a team!

Congress and Telangana

Generally, we see quite often when little kids are fighting with each other they will not stop until they are shouted at or beaten up. Same is the case here in the Parliament of India. People in favor of the T bill will not hold the bill and people against will not let it to pass. But ultimately the indications are clear that the T bill will be passed in this session. Congress party had been so adamant on anything that they want to do that they will make it happen. Top of all, at this point when LS elections are round the corner, the Congress will make sure that the T bill is passed. Quite a lot on their words "Jan Jan ko chua, Jan Jeevan ko chua" - the tag line of Congress these days on every channel. Bifurcation is nothing but division and this division is in all terms.
  • Why our president or PM or Judiciary didn't talk about the injustice proposed to Seemandhra Region through the bill?
  • Why they are acting like puppets in the hands of Italian Gandhi?
  • Congressmen are in power in all these 9 Yrs. They not developed any other city like HYD in all these years? Where is the New Capital?
  • Why there is no international airport? Good government hospital equivalent to NIMS or Nilophar or Agricultural University? Why no IIT or IIM or renowned engineering?
  • Why no single metro city? There are no considerable software parks neither other industries which can provide employment opportunities.
  • Why you want to divide the state? if is for development of telangana, then, why can't they give some package to develop/ clear the issues of telangana people. Govt. has to invest lot of money for creation of new state capital/ high count and govt offices. The same amount can be utilized to develop/ sort the issues of people in telangana region.

Both houses of parliament were disrupted for the sixth successive day Wednesday following noisy disruptions over the Telangana issue, with two MPs almost coming to blows in the LokSabhaas copies of official papers were torn and thrown in the air. Both houses witnessed ugly scenes. There was chaos during the presentation of the interim rail budget in the LokSabha that forced Railway Minister MallikarjunKharge to cut short his speech. The space near the speaker's podium resembled a battle ground as members both favouring and opposing Telangana state shouted slogans and showed placards during the presentation of the interim rail budget.

PM's anguish is understandable from his gross failure , indifference and helplessness to sense the mood of the people of both regions to resolve the issue amicably. He has been a PM with difference i.e. to act under directions and not on judgment. UPA has taken its AP ministers and MLAs for granted as non-questioning and always say Yes bunch. But when the going gets rough and tough even such people revolt particularly when peaceful representations and appeals are buried under carpet called party discipline. This is one issue where any number of times the decisions can and should take directional changes due to the very volatility and uncertainty associated with it. If the vote and seat winning prospects are the only criterion that apply here this is what that can happen. Even today the representatives of both regions are involved in the settlement process under neutral coordinating agency and the decisions are being taken by Government where no single member is aware of basic information. When democratic process takes a detour like this the disorder which is but a emotional and compelling reaction of affected group cannot be faulted as undemocratic.

There is an overall rationality in the formation of our various states and we should be very careful not to break this foundation of rationality in momentary passions. As I said at the beginning we should consider the feelings of people but it would be very wrong for the government to be swept away by feelings. We must see what is in the larger interest of the people themselves. We are not saying that the interest of the people of Telengana should be sacrificed for United Andhra interest or for the interest of other parts of India. But the government must think in a very calm manner about the interest of the people of that very region and see what will serve their interest best.

We must look at this matter in larger perspective - The very first article of our constitution declares that India is a union of states. Each state has had a long cultural and historical tradition and each state has become a political entity in its own special way. Andhra Pradesh has been a distinctive cultural unit for thousands of years. The name has been found in the earliest Buddhist writings. All the parts which now constitute Andhra Pradesh have been under one umbrella for long periods of history. Let us not look at just the immediate period of history.

A third point was that Telengana is not the only backward area in the state. Parliament represents the will of the whole nation. Its duty is not merely to go into the rights and wrongs of a situation but also to view problems from the national point of view; MPs should consider them as merely the representatives of one little area but as the representatives of the whole country and the entire people of India. And each problem has to be viewed from that angle.

Salaries to MPs...... Aur Lootate Hai... Officially

This is the kind of suggestion many ordinary citizens have in mind. No one can or should presume that Politicians do not require money. In fact their needs are more. When a top level CEO of a big company makes crores of Rupees in India, how would the Politician feel getting peanuts while dealing with hundreds of crores of rupees worth project clearances.Technically they do not have any means of earning except those who have Industries and other businesses. There also one finds that their income increases in leaps and bounds while the business is flat. So one can understand if not given a chance to receive handsome salaries they will find other options.

Corporate Salary is paid to: 1) Properly educated, 2) Good Experience, 3) Ability to Deliver, 4) Leader 5) Wise and Intelligent, 5) device ways to achieve project completion within the policies devised by the company. Now , none of the above qualities are possessed by 99.9% of politicians, so why they should be paid huge salary and what will it do if they are paid that much? Not even a 0.0001% people of India will accept that these politicians will follow the path of truthfulness. If you want to pay the corporate salaries to the politicians, than first let these corporate becomes the politicians.

One would disagree with Narayan Murthy when he advises to pay politicians corporate salaries to weed out corruption. Corruption was due to dishonesty and loss of character and not due to lack of income. To say that the character could be built up by higher salaries was ridiculous; often it was the other way round. Corruption and corrupt practices were not confined to politicians alone; when it was a question of cheating the government, many in the public were in collusion with the bureaucracy and politicians.

Lust for power and money know no bounds! You believe that giving them more will keep them away from the lure of easy money? What evidence does history suggest that 'Indians' who have more money have gone on to be less corrupt? It may be true for a tiny fraction of the people, but that does not justify burdening the common people even more so in terms of taxes. The politicians already enjoy enough facilities and resources given away as legitimate freebies for being government servants that their salary is not less by any means. Moreover where will the money come from? They will either tax us more or take more loans and burden country to pay such salaries. Common is already reeling under heavy inflation and price rise.

Many believe that corruption, bribery and embezzlement are the bane of India, which impede economic growth and welfare of the people. Paying politicians and bureaucrats salaries equivalent to top executives of the corporate world will not solve the problem of corruption. There should be change in the mindset of the people. Today, corruption and bribery have assumed dangerous proportions. While embezzlement of funds by public servants is rampant in central and state governments, local bodies, public sector undertakings, cooperative societies and banks, the private sector is not free from such a scourge. Corruption and bribery are found in all wings of the administrative machinery of central and state governments as well as local administration. Reports show that most of the officials who have some authority to show favor in one way or other indulge in corruption and bribery.

Recently, the volume of funds involved in corrupt practices have shown upward spiral. In addition to the corruption in the routine administrative machinery, vast amount running to hundreds of crores of rupees is reported to be received by corrupt politicians and bureaucrats for the allotment of natural resources of the country such as coal blocks, iron ore deposits, petrol/gas blocks, copper mines, bauxite deposits, and spectrum rights. The various scams, scandals and frauds which have come to light are a cause of consternation of the public. Some of the largest sources of corruption in India are entitlement programmes and social spending schemes enacted by the Indian government. Other daily sources of corruption include India's trucking industry which is forced to pay billions in bribes annually to numerous regulatory and police stops on its interstate highways. Corruption and bribery are the root cause of black money, which is acting as a stumbling block to unsure inclusive growth and development of the country. It is the root cause of growing inequality and deprivation.

One can see as much corruption in the corporate sector as well who were paid astronomically high salaries when compared to the wage levels prevailing in the country. Look at the tax evasion that goes on in the private sector; or generation of black money, kickbacks, under-invoicing of exports and over invoicing of imports with a view to stash away money from the companies to personal accounts abroad, siphoning out funds from the companies by questionable means of appointing selling and buying agents by the promoters; outright stealing of minerals and so on. Barring a few in the top echelon in the private sector, the salaries for the government employees and politicians were better paid than their counter parts in the private sector. Total employment in the organized sector was 28 million only, who were paid decent wages with social security benefits, according to standards prevailing in India. Of this 18 M were in the public sector and only 10 m in private sector. The average salary in the private sector was lower than in the government sector if all perquisites were considered. But in the private sector a few in the top were paid huge salaries arbitrarily while the rest get a pittance; yet corrupt practices as mentioned above prevail.

Very serious measures have to be undertaken to at least reduce the incidence of corruption. All sections of population have to change the mindset. While people should shun give bribe, those who bribe should introspect. For a harmonious development of the country the per-requisite is to end widespread bribery and corruption.

Now, Central and State Governments had increased salaries of employees, to live comfortably. Why still Government employees resort to bribery and corruption? Answer is people want to accumulate money for generations to come….. very sad.
  • Does politician do corruption equivalent to compensate their salary with corporate counterpart?
  • Salaries of Railway employees have gone n times in last decade, Any difference?
  • Salaries of teaching faculty have gone up in schools and colleges, any difference?
  • Salaries of Policemen have gone up, any difference?
  • What politician are getting as perks are beyond corporate world. Our Finance minister to note that if you add up perks for all MLA and MP and tax them on this where will they land?
  • Politicians spend huge amount on elections. Will corporate salary will be enough to compensate amount expended?
  • Why system is not place to use the network of Income Tax Department and Banks to identify ill practices of corruption and black money generation? When common man can be traced for non-payment of tax on the income generated why not politicians? We can have system which coordinates among income tax, wealth tax, Property registrar and Banks etc.
  • Government should declare the fund allotted for each and every ministry for welfare and development and it should be available in some common portal. Citizens can then see where all the money is getting filtered. Why is this not so far implemented?

Politicians are getting much more than that and this is never going to make them behave properly. The only thing that can make them behave, is modifying/changing the existing system of seeking prior permission to probe and prosecute. If it is changed into beginning immediate probe and prosecuting them if the courts find prima-facie a case and making them understand that they can be jailed for life or may even be given death sentence, will bring the desired results. As of now, there is no fear of punishment among them and the bureaucrats/ top officials and that is why the nation is being looted so ruthlessly.

Recently Ranbaxy was fined USD 500 million for selling sub-standard products and not conforming to good manufacturing practices. Were they indulging in such practices for want of proper remuneration? But such companies continue to sell spurious products in the country and get away from being caught as they 'manage' the system well. Dishonesty has nothing to do with the salary one receives. Mr Murthy may introspect as to how many in the corporate sector who get sky-high salaries shoulder the responsibilities of a District Collector who was paid a fraction of their salaries? Public service, whether a member of a village Panchayat or an MP, requires a different mindset and commitment that cannot be put in terms of money.

We can agree to this if they can take it out of the Swiss loot that is present and share it amongst themselves, like how a family divides its wealth, all Neta's can enjoy salaries from loots of all Neta's!.

Thinking on Reservation on caste lines…. or Social Justice

"This (reservation on caste lines) should have come to an end. Why it did not happen so far was because vested interests got into the process. Does the real needy person even among the Dalits and backward castes get the benefits of reservation? Those in the upper crust of these communities only avail the benefits. There is a difference between social justice and casteism.The concept of social justice has now turned into casteism...I believe there is a need to dismantle this.”Senior Congress leader Janardan Dwivedi has called for an end to reservation on caste lines

Finally something intelligent comes out from our leader’s mouth. Thank you very much Mr. Janardan Dwivedi.... salute you for making this courageous statement, at a time when every politician is running after quota bills for vote politics... Whoever talks for abolishing reservations on caste line will have huge support.But everyone should understand that this malady started with reservation of constituencies on caste lines in constitution.This resulted in mushrooming of caste based politicians/associations etc. in 67 years and this disease is deep rooted.We should start a national debate on abolishing seats MP/MLA/Corporator/PanchayatLeaders etc. on caste lines first.Our parliament has been able to pass bills to abolish privy purses/nationalization of banks/Jan Lokpal bill etc. which was difficult.This also is possible if there is political wisdom and selfless vision.Problem has to be attacked in the root.

For the first time a political leader is openly speaking about casteism. If it comes in to effect we can say that India has born again otherwise we continue to live in the third world mentality. If India has to stand in front of Europe and America first there is a greater need for social change. No world class airport, metro rail system or mono rail system can change the face of India. The cancer of India is the caste system as long as casteism prevails India will remain as the so called super power only in paper not in reality.

Week section of the society should be given waiver of fees and special privileges but not reservations. Reservations tend to undermine the competitive edge by giving opportunity to undeserving people. This leads to weak system all around as undeserving people manage with little skill!

Caste and caste-based reservation in education should be recognized as anachronisms and done away with.Poor people of all communities have one thing in common-poverty. Let us recognize that meritorious students of any community or caste can uplift this country from the clutches of backwardness and let us provide such help as is necessary so that they can get the best possible education.

Every quota subsidy and welfare scheme which government proposes, it should always be on the ground of economically weaker section of society instead of caste or religion and it will help the real needy ones.

The present system does not benefit the poor amongst the reserved categories. It was invariably the creamy layer amongst them who reaped all the benefits. The support should be based on the economic conditions while the opportunities for education should exist for all. Likewise the various subsidies which were doled out should be restricted to the poorer sections only. These would be a game changer.

India will be a far more just and equitable state if caste and religion based quotas are abolished

However, I doubt about a genuineness of concern for the truly economically backward, or an attempt to uphold merit across all sections of society, rather it is another cunning trick for Congress spin-masters to create confusion in the educated middle class that has clearly sided with BJP in an overwhelming way. It isn’t possible all of sudden, Congress discovers the ill-effects of caste based reservation, and that too just before the upcoming Lok Sabha! And making a fool of Hindus and dividing them along caste lines for so long in the name of "social justice". Faced with the unenviable prospect of getting reduced to 70-75 seats, the dirty-tricks-department has come up with this desperate ploy to make fool (yet again!) of the middle class, create division inside them and put brakes on BJP/Modi's onward march. It is up to the "educated" middle class to either see through this latest deception or call their bluff or to fall prey to this temptation and then being fooled for the next 5 years.

Power is Poison....

“Sonia Gandhi has told Rahul that power is poison. Who has been in power for most of the time during the last 60 years?.. In whose stomach has this poison gone? Who is spewing this poison? Who is harvesting the poison? They (Congress) are the ones who sow the seeds of poison,” Modi retaliated while addressing rally in Meerut. Modi’s counter-attack came a day after Sonia Gandhi at a rally in Karnataka accused Modi and BJP of indulging in divisive politics by “sowing seeds of poison” (zeher ki kheti) and instigating violence in their “hunger” for power.

Let us just review the role Congress towards integration of India. But for Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel’s sterling role in integrating more than six hundred princely states into Indian Union, there had been no Congress role in this regard.

(1) Why did not Congress pass Common Civil Law?

(2) Why did not Congress made Hindu Code Bill applicable to all other religious minorities?

(3) Why did Nehru voluntarily agree to plebiscite for J&K State?

(4) Why did not Congress revoke provisions about “Reservations for SC, ST, OBC” after first fifteen years as agreed to originally, thereafter another ten years extension.

(5) Why did not Congress agree to make reservation for economically backward segment of Indian Society as a whole?

Congress had sown poisonous seed of Communal divide just to maintain their self acclaimed title of Mentor of Muslims all along and never wanted Muslims to integrate with rest of citizens. Nehru no doubt gave us a stable political democratic system but his successors be it Indra Gandhi, Rajiv Gandhi, PV Narsimha Rao and de-facto rule of Madam Sonia Gandhi all exploited “minorities” as their VOTE BANK COMMODITY. Congress in fact mother of all evils in our governing system including Corruption and divisive politics.

Nepotism and Indian Democracy

How on earth can any sane, enlightened & refined person ever accept a Dynasty in any democracy worth its Salt?After all, it is intellectually repulsive, obnoxious & morally moribund.

  • Are we Indians so stupid, that we can accept a dynastic rule, which is a total negation of democracy & all its fundamental values & principles?
  • How come we Indians don't understand that it is a veritable genetic decay & a primitive, crude & totally uncivilized system fit only for brainless slaves & idiots certainly destined to perish?
  • Have we ever heard of this barbaric system fit only for cavemen being tolerated in any other refined democracy?
Now just take a look all around & see for yourself how our totally corrupt, self-seeking & completely useless nepotists have messed almost everything up in all conceivable ways & get shocked! Has India become a nation of fools, losers & lotus-eaters, that we don't comprehend the truth that nepotism is actually the biggest & most dangerous form of corruption jeopardizing & paralyzing us today? Are our faculties of sagacity, propriety, sobriety & intelligence so poor even in 2014, that we still are incapable of properly diagnosing & curing this mortal illness killing India & Indians 24-7?

Nepotism is the parent of all dynasties & if afflicted, this cancer will kill any democracy & its citizens. Naturally, the thoroughly corrupt dynasties in India are also infecting & thereby killing our economy, nation, culture & ethos. This crystal-clear symptom is an unmistakable proof of how seriously sick & corrupted our India really is. Nepotism & all associated evils have already destabilized & destroyed almost all parts of our entire modus operandi & vivendi.

Indian dynasties are the most destructive & malevolent in the history of mankind. They are the root causes of all major problems in our country today. The nepotists have set all world records in corruption & thus made our India the laughing stock of the entire world.

How long shall we Indians humiliate ourselves thus? Besides, the moment nepotism raised its ugly head in US, the wise nation legislated an ant-nepotism law, as they didn't want that plague to devour them. We Indians too must do the same immediately. Let's thus kill the vile & venomous nepotism before it kills us! Let's all get enlightened enough to grasp the really mortal dangers involved therein & also act accordingly!

We must inform & educate all voters & upcoming generations about it. We must generate thereby an adequate awareness as an omnipotent antidote to this lethal malady. Moreover, let's create a polarization of the good & the corrupt nepotists & their shameless knaves & eunuchs! Let's vanquish the latter thoroughly & completely in every election, so that this pest causing India's ongoing sure & steady decline & doom is annihilated once & for all! Let's thus save our nation & citizens from this arch evil & its 100% anti-India & anti-Indian designs & game plans! Down with all dynasties! Long live democracy!

Corrupt Politician and....... Kejriwal

Why Kejariwal had not included the names of several chief ministers and ministers of all parties, why he had not taken account of expenditures made in political publicity and public meetings of all the parties, why only 20 names ? Is in India only 20 corrupt damaging the country? Mr. Kejariwal you should always think several times before uttering a single Statement in public because people expect lots of positive steps/ action from you.

Very nice to chalk down all the names who are corrupt but presenting it in public like this and blemishing without any proof is not ethical at all. We respect you Sir. Kejriwal but isn't it quite similar you did during Delhi assembly election against Sheila Dixit but you did not show any interest in sending her to jail. Now again you have come up with another list and hurling in public. Don't you think it is faux pas? Don’t you think you are trying to manipulate the mandate? And if you don't think so then you are also going in the same direction as BJP and Congress. And after all this you are saying you are not going to fight election for "Satta"

Sir this is what is we call "Satta ki Raajneeti". If you want to clean politics, take your time as a ruling party and spread yourself all over the India.

You have just completed a months when you have formed a government in Delhi and you are targeting Lok Sabha with list of candidates ready. Isn't it too early? How would you focus and manage the big campaign keeping Delhi unaffected due to all these?

Providing an honest and corruption-free government is an ideal and has to be pursued with vigor and commitment. The AAP hopes to do this and large sections of Indians expect that they will do this. India is running for thousands of years as a civilization and as a government; anything meaningful and hype less can be done only incrementally and steadily. This corruption, past, present and future, is highly condemnable; but it is a fact of human nature: a certain person feels happy about being conferred with his desire and expectation and he materially compliments the agency (the person/persons) with something valuable. Do you consider this a token of thankfulness or a downright case of bribery? This is indeed a common occurrence in human transactions at governments and elsewhere. Corruption is a ticklish human problem; industrialists and other big entrepreneurs have developed public relations management as an art; they have their own offices in New Delhi and various other capital cities, housing governments. Parties are organized; favors are distributed in the form of house sites, flats, foreign trips, sinecures to favorites etc. And procedures and laws and rules are capriciously warped, all in the manner of the footsteps of birds and fishes.

Given these hard facts and conditions and human nature and expectations, proclivities and traditions, we have to proceed cautiously and skeptically with regard to the all important and necessary ideal or goal of freeing the country from corruption. Transformation of human nature is necessary to reduce corruption significantly; and this transformation inevitably has to be in the form of drastic reduction in human desire.

How Kejriwal's list is different from the allegations of Anna Hazare, Baba Ramdev, the opposition parties and millions of people who have been voicing the same concerns through various forums and social networking web sites. This whole exercise shows AAP is not interested in corruption; they are just playing corruption as a tool to lure voters. If they wish to remove corruption they should act according to Law, file cases and follow set procedures but in their case it appears their motto is just tell public that all these are corrupt so vote AAP and than once he got votes he will either support them or take their support and form the Government. If he is really honest, why he accepted the support of most corrupt people? Its high time Voters should wakeup and see the reality otherwise these people will make the country an unlivable place...

Finding it difficult to do business of governance, AK has started fooling people by flaunting names. Why has he not included Sonia Gandhi, Robert Vadra, and Hooda? He expects protests from BJP and Congress so that he would get more publicity.

Kejriwal is just playing games......instead he should prove those people listed are really corrupt...Naming them doesn't make difference...even a lay man in Indian can name corrupt politicians....People of Delhi have voted you to bring a change by prosecuting those corrupt politicians.
